QUOTES FROM MEMBERS
OF THE WOMEN’S GROUP
❤️I’ve loved being a part of the WiW group. Being a neurodivergent individual in a workplace full of neurotypical colleagues can be incredibly challenging and you can feel like the only sober person at a party. Spending time with women who share that bizarre reality, swapping stories and strategies, has been empowering.
❤️It has provided me with the opportunity to take the mask off, without the fear of being judged.
❤️Our WhatsApp group has been like having a team of cheerleaders in my pocket!
❤️The group has been fantastic and such a great support to me!
❤️Charlotte’s knowledge and gentle encouragement has really helped me understand myself and learn to advocate for my needs at work.
❤️Sharing common experiences with a group of people who intuitively understand me has been so powerful. Suddenly I’m not the “difficult one”. My experiences and reactions make sense and are understood, my needs respected.
