Peer Employment Group
What: An online open event consisting of workshops and peer support for neurodivergent people who are in employment The group will be facilitated by ASM Employment Consultants Mike & Mahlia.
This is an ongoing group with a membership model where ASM clients are able to attend up to 12 sessions within 18 months with the option of extending based on the waiting list.
Group aims:
- Create a safe, motivating and encouraging space for individuals to share their experiences of being in work as neurodivergent people.
- Equip participants with information, tools and resources and opportunities to connect. Topics will include communication with managers, requesting workplace adjustments etc.
- Reduce Isolation amongst participants.
Who: Autistic/AuDHD (18+ years) who are in active employment.

When: The fouth Wednesday of the month between 7-9pm
Where: Virtually/Online via Zoom
Cost: £35 if self funded or 1 hour of current employment grant.
Available places: We will welcome up to 15 places available in the ongoing group.
