What mentoring support is

Mentoring, at it’s core, is about working with you to facilitate change. We work with you using a ‘strength based approach.’ A strength based approach is a collaborative process where you and your mentor work together towards a desired outcome, drawing on your strengths rather than focusing solely on challenges. We are invested in your success and come with a strong understanding of the range of neurodivergent experiences and perspectives
