Rahana combines her work at AS Mentoring with her role as a Family Support Supervisor at London charity Resources for Autism. She began her career at Resources for Autism as a volunteer whilst at university looking to gain further knowledge and experience in working with autistic people. Since then, she has developed in her role and now oversees the volunteering service, where she delivers training to new volunteers and coaches them during placements offering family support and mentoring autistic people.

Through this she has taken on projects funded by the Mayor of London and works closely with other charities including Mencap, the National Autistic Society and Child Autism UK as well social care teams across London.

Rahana has Level 1 qualifications in BSL and Makaton
