When did you join ASM?
2021.

Tell us about your experience, lived and/or working?
Since my diagnosis of autism as an adult in 2015, I’ve actively been working as an advocate, namely through art and community, to support those on the spectrum, but to also raise understanding and acceptance of autism and neurodiversity more generally. I have worked with multiple organisations to develop autism awareness, some being Liberty’s of London, Southbank University, NHS England, National Autistic Society and Glastonbury Festival. In addition, I blog on the topic of autism and work, covering topics that include mindfulness, mental health and assertiveness.

What do you value most about your work?
The fact that I get to learn from incredible people and get to better myself through these nuggets of insights, as well as the connections I get to make with these people.

What are your areas of interest or expertise?
Working with autistic women, particularly those diagnosed later in life. Also, those interested in making adjustments to their work life processes and balance to fit their autistic needs.

When you’re not working, how do you relax, have fun etc?
I have a dog, so any spare minute I have is with him; going on lots of walks and cuddles on the beanbag 😊.
