When did you join ASM?
May 2019.

Tell us about your experience, lived and/or working?
After completing a degree in Industrial and Organisational Psychology and Sociology, I worked in training for a commercial conferencing company, before working for an investment bank. When I had children, I took a career break and retrained in neurodiversity and inclusion, specialising in Autism and ADHD. For the last 5 years I have worked for ASM in the role of Mentor.

What do you value most about your work?
I value the broad range and variety of client’s situations and challenges, which means that I learn and discover something new everyday. I am frequently impressed by the levels of resilience and tenacity of the people I work with.

What are your areas of interest or expertise?
I am interested in developing people’s self knowledge, self awareness and effective self advocacy skills.

When you’re not working, how do you relax, have fun etc?
When I am not at the beach, I spend a lot of time gardening. I also love a history podcast, especially one on social history. And occasionally experiment with interesting recipes.
