2016.

Tell us about your experience, lived and/or working?
My background is social purpose adult education, community work and community mentoring. I have spent over 15 years working alongside neurodivergent students and employees on their employment journeys. My qualifications include a PGCE in lifelong learning and PGDip in Education, Coaching and Mentoring.

What do you value most about your work?
As a practitioner I value the opportunity to learn something new everyday, including about myself. “I am always doing that which I cannot do, in order that I may learn how to do it.” – Pablo Picasso

What are your areas of interest or expertise?
While I would never call myself an expert in anything I would say I have a solid understanding of teaching and mentoring practice and have spent a good deal of time learning about workplace and classroom dynamics.

When you’re not working, how do you relax, have fun etc?
I enjoy spending time with my family, walking my dogs, engaging with nature activities and reading.
