• 1:1 Mentoring  – One off / ongoing sessions with employees on managing ND at work.  
• 1:1 Workplace Support Tailored programme of support to guide employees and managers in developing strategies to and exploring possible adjustments and best practice. 
• Workplace Needs Assessments
  Practical, strengths-based reports to identify the necessary adjustments and support, with a formal written report setting these out as recommendations.

  Helping resolve disputes and building positive working relationships.

  Empowering individuals through career transitions and organisational change.

How It Works

ASM consultants work remotely, delivering most services online via video or phone. In-person sessions may be available depending on need and location. 

As a partner, you’ll have ongoing access to a responsive and knowledgeable team committed to your inclusion goals without having to go through our enquiries portal.

As a partner you will have a discounted price on all ASM services provided due to the ongoing relationship to be reviewed yearly.
