Our Employment Consultants have considerable experience of working with and supporting a wide range of employees with AS whose employers have contacted us for assistance with diversity and Equality Act issues. Our input here will be focused on working with both the employee and their manager(s) to find durable and pragmatic solutions. We will recommend specific reasonable adjustments wherever it’s feasible to do so, and will discuss the alternatives with you in the minority of cases where it isn’t.
